Since this is a special event, there will be no refunds. If something does come up and you are not able to make it, you are able to sell or give your spot to a friend or family member. Be sure to notify the photographer as soon as possible. Please include their information such as : Name, e-mail address, and phone number.

Weather reschedules will only take place if there is inclement weather such as below 40° or rain. Cancellations and reschedule options will not be announced until either the evening before or morning of.
